Basic logical questions

Some times i really have basic questions and i dont find answers to it. There are two to start with but there are many more
1. If "Kansa" knew that Krishna, the 8th son of his sister will kill him, why did he keep Devaki and Vasudeo in the same prison?
2. There is a famous marathi song which says " mamachi bayko sugran , roj roj poli shikran" so if Mama's wife can cook so well why she opted for Shikran which requires very min. culinary skills?

watch for some more logical questions....coming up...........

I have very objective answers to it.
1. I started blogging (u can see that apparently)
2. I joined santoor class
3. I recorded my own song (which is not very audible but i think this is something that i have never tried before)
4. I leanred to skip working days and enjoy ;-) , well, i had tried this before also but now i explored it the best possvble way
5. Leanred to be much more positive

And i think there is some transformation in me which is very good to feel about, what else, the list can grow long and along.

Scrum Vs Time Tracking

I have been told that time tracking in Scrum is "Anti-scrum", however i struggle to find reference to these statements. If Scrum does not mention anywhere "do not track the time" or "track the time", its not a valid statement. However it is something that works for a projects and the projects decide on the practice of time tracking. However if we broaden our vision from project ot organisation , we get no picture on how is the organization performing if we have no clu on estimated vs actual if we have no track of time in projects. Rework is still hidding under the carpet. And i think we need to track time initially till the oraganization becomes mature on processes and we have a good view on project performances.

For me Scrum is just a way of execution which gives a "window" to carry out scoped work for that "window" and in that time "window", we commit to deliver quality.
